Mamma Collioure Restaurant Review
Mamma Restaurant Review
Could Mamma be the most exclusive and secret restaurant in Collioure? Certainly, it’s not really looking to be “found”, but it is open to the public by reservation.
As part of the discreet luxury boutique hotel, Les Roches Brunes, Mamma is an intimate and small restaurant with beautiful views of Collioure and an emphasis on local ingredients and Mediterranean flair based on seasonality that changes frequently, but here’s some of the kind of dishes you might expect:
Jardin de légumes anciens / Bouillon au Grana Padano Riserva: Hereloom vegetables served with a Grana Padano Riserva broth.
Loup confit / Choux-fleurs rôtis / Agrumes: Confit sea bass paired with roasted cauliflower and citrus.
Bœuf grillé / Courges / Noisette: Grilled beef accompanied by squash and hazelnuts.
Ravioli au jarret de veau braisé / Girolles d’ici: Ravioli filled with braised veal shank and local chanterelles.
Milanese / Gnocchis / Artichauts: Milanese-style dish with gnocchi and artichokes.
Lotte rôtie / Cèpes / Echalotes confites: Roasted monkfish with porcini mushrooms and candied shallots.
Pasta di mare (gambas, coquillages, encornets): Seafood pasta featuring prawns, shellfish, and squid.
Nocciole di Mamma: A hazelnut-based dessert.
Tiramisu à notre façon: A unique twist on the classic tiramisu.
Autour de la figue…: A dessert centered around figs.
