Le 5ème Péché in Collioure, led by Chef Masashi Iijima, is renowned for blending local Mediterranean ingredients with Japanese culinary techniques, reflecting his extensive global experience from renowned kitchens across the world. Le Neptune Collioure Restaurant
Probably the longest established fine dining restaurants in Collioure, Le Neptune is known not only for its food, but its views overlooking the bay and castle (and the large car park). The menu features fresh, simply prepared seafood, such as Zesty Anchovies from Maison Desclaux, fresh Oysters from Cap Blanc and Grilled Pigeon with Collioure red wine sauce.

Mamma Collioure Restaurant
Mamma might just be the most exclusive and secret dining spots in Collioure tucked away as it is within the luxurious confines of Les Roches Brunes boutique hotel. Mamma is all about fresh local ingredients and Mediterranean recipes that reflect the changing seasons such as Confit of Sea Bass with Roasted Cauliflower and Citrus, Grilled Beef with Squash and Hazelnuts, and Ravioli stuffed with Braised Beal Shank and Local Chanterelles.

El Capillo Collioure Restaurant
El Capillo, founded in 2022, offers French cuisine with an international twist reflecting the Chef and his wife’s globetrotting. The changing menu reflects the seasons and showcases their passion for global fusion dishes, such as Saumon gravlax with beetroot and Tataki de thon with a soy-maple glaze.

Le Jardin de Collioure Restaurant
Le Jardin de Collioure is steeped in history, located inside a 13th-century Dominican convent that was meticulously restored and opened as a restaurant in 2011 and focuses on local seafood, such as Les Huîtres de Bouzigues, Zarzuela de la Maison and 'Blanquette de Lotte et St-Jacques aux Morilles.

Chez Simone in Collioure offers a nice Catalan tapas experience with views of the castle, church and beach offering uncomplicated tapas fare including old favourite Patatas Bravas, Tomme de Brebis, Anchois de la Maison Desclaux and Saucisson and Chorizo Bellota is good for your charcuterie fix.

Café Sola in Collioure, despite its worn façade and seemingly modest offerings, stands out as great value, full of locals and offers a warm welcome. It’s actually surprisingly good, with simple classic dishes such as seared tuna steak and braised pulled beef, challenging the adage not to judge a book by its cover.
